American Cars continue to disappoint me with their terrible build quality. It's as though companies like Ford and Chevy assume everyone to be a fool who is ignorant of what they're purchasing. The interior quality in all american cars, even it's high end ones (corvette much) are pretty low. The cars are stylishly designed, some of them offering impressive performance numbers like the v6 mustangs or camaros, however this is all that sells them. American cars break down a lot in general, let alone compared to japanese cars. Japanese cars have built up this reputation of being extremely durable and sturdy over the years. Honestly, when you think reliable in term of cars, the first thing that should come to mind is Toyota or Honda, that's just the way it goes.
